This poll was conducted for the Richmond Small Business Association by Voter Technology an election campaign consulting firm.  This was meant to serve as an "exit" poll and was take immediately after the November 4, 2014 municipal election, Richmond, California.

Housing Density Along Shoreline

Do you prefer lower density lower impact development along our shoreline or higher density major impact development along the shoreline?

Three members of the Richmond Progressive Alliance, Gayle McLaughlin, Jovanka Beckles and Eduardo Martinez, were elected to the City Council this past Election. The City Council will soon be selecting a seventh member to replace Tom Butt city council seat , who will be moving to the mayor’s position. For the new seventh member, would you prefer another member of the Richmond Progressive Alliance, or someone more moderate.

Doctors Medical Center

Doctors Medical Center loses $ 20 million a year as a full service hospital , do you prefer a stand- alone emergency room as recommended by the hospital Council of Northern and central California or do you prefer a temporary solution for only 36 months by redirecting $15 million from the Richmond collage scholarship fund to doctors medical center?
